Changing Wap settings on Rogers T720

Hello;

Do I have to unlock my Motorola T720 in order to change my wap settings? My provider is Rogers, and I cannot seem to access the wap settings no matter what I do...

Hi, Do you have the answer to your question? I have a T720i with detachable camera, but can not send mms messages, Can YOU help ?
