Linsys Log Viewer Question

We have a Linksys VPN Router (WRV200) and I enabled the Log viewer... only I have a few questions:
The IP Viewer address should be what address?? Where the external View program is at or any address on the network.
What FREE external log viewer app is recomened to use?
