How to find my network key and password?

I am trying to set up a wireless adapter for TIVO and it is asking for my network key and password - which I don't know/don't remember. Is there a way to find it?

if you have set up your router yourself you would have to log in to the router. to find the key. if your router is manage by your ISp you would have to call them to get it.
