i have verizon dsl and when i go to task manager and check network and stuff it always goes up and down when i play games online it does the same thing maybe i have a virus but i have mcfee what would it mean if it kept going up and down i dont know how to save it and make it so u can see it iif anyone knows how i can send the picture on it and u can see how it goes up and down when i play counter-strike i used to have 35 ping now 128 the pops up tp 1000 then 2000 then they kick me cause i make them lag and i cant play cs anymore and i need to support my clan please help have any ideas say them

Send us a screenshot of the taskmanager, it could just be normal. Also, what programmes are accessing the internet?

Also, I sent a friend of mine's ZoneAlarm (a firewall from http://www.zonelabs.com/store/conten...id=zadb_zadown), and it really sped up his internet access, presumably because the hackers could no longer connect to his computer.
