internet sharing without network

Hello ,
I have a computer that is connected to the internet via network card . I want to connect my friend's laptop to the internet . but it doesn't a network card . can I do this with usb cable or ...

We just covered this post about connecting a laptop without a network card to a network, it has most (if not all) the info you'd need.

The short of it is that the easiest way is to pick up a network adapter (Cardbus or USB) you can get them off ebay for a few $$$ and install without any serious tech experience.

Failing that you can use specialized USB cables (kind of hard to find and more expensive than a networking adapter) firewire (probably not on a laptop that doesn't have ethernet) or a serial "null modem connection" to another computer that is connected to the network.
