Hey. Am trying to setup a router in Japan. Problem is, I live in Scotland, and as such have no knowledge of the Japanese telecomunications system. The router is a Vigor Dreytek unit, and the Japan office is in Yokohama.

Basically looking for any information that would assist in setting up the router, or just supply some information on the system in Japan. The office only has one english speaker, and his english speaking ability is very limited, and IT skills are non-existant, so any help would be much appreciated.
