Hello all...

I have a little doubt...

I am a computer engineering student at the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico -- Now... I'm planning to continue my advanced studies towards a Ph.D.

if I wanted to work designing and researching new Internet technologies what would be the right degree to have? also any program for other Universities might be of help!

like the University of San Francisco which has a Interent Engineering program...
