network drive mapping

Expand Post »
I have a network attached storage device connected via ethernet to my router.

I have mapped network drive so it appears in the my computer. Both on a vista business laptop and a xp home desktop.

When I reboot the computer, logon, I get a error "could not reconnect all network drives" I have checked the "reconnect at login check box" and typed the username and password to connect the drive.

After the restart, when click the network drive(it has a red x ) it asks me to login again. I am sure all the details are correct. Any help would be greatfull!
