create DNS Entry through IP address with Port

I have a server running on my computer for music streaming

I am using ShoutCast

but I would like create a dns entry for my ip:port that would redirect

people into my server and listen to music

basicall I just want to "transform" a ip:port into a DNS

I am very new to this kind os operations.

A port is independant of an IP address. From the sounds of it you probably have a dynamic IP and should look in to DynDYS. They have a little application you can run to get your own hostname on a dynamic IP:

can you tell me exactly what to do.... I just cant seem to do it. When I put ip:port it says Please enter a valid IP address (optional for Offline hostnames).

I got it.

The only thing I had to do was a normal DNS and after it the port I am

using.

By The Way, heres my radio station
