I am using optimum online and dyndns.org for my dynamic dns service. I have my port on my server set to 69 and my linksys router has the appropriate ports opened. Even though it is overkill i also enabled DMZ for the server. When i access the server using the local addresses 192.168.1.***, and 127.0.0.1 i have no problems. When i try to access the server with the external address either through my dyndns server address or the external IP address i am unable to access it. I even did a port scan of my computer through DSLReports.com and it showed port 69 open.
