View other's desktop

what program can i use to view other's desktop so that I can troubleshoot their computer over the internet?

You can use VNC Viewer I believe at realvnc.com or you can use the remote desktop application under your Start>All Programs>Accessories
Yours may be in a different place in the Start menu but that should work just fine. Just make sure the user you are going to be connection to allows remote access. Hope this helps.

www.showmypc.com

ShowMyPc is also a good remote desktop utility that can be use for quick remote desktop connections.
