Has anyone figured out a way to redirect a Domain Name to an IP Address - then - to a computer behind Router and a Switcher
- with a 192. network address :idea:

DNS will resolve the domain name to the global IP, you will want to look at putting an "a" record on the DNS server where you registered your domain name.

NAT will convert the global IP to the 192.168.X.X address (most of 192.x is owned space) on the router. Trick is you will need a static IP on your internet connection.

Use a firewall to block all ports except the ones you must forward.

Depending on what you are trying to do you might want to look at co-location or hosting options as well. My favorite project in www.linode.com but it will require more expertise than other options to setup.
