Hi guys I'm in a pickle here - we've bought a Kyocera FS 1118MFP Printer/scanner/fax all in one for the office. We've set up the network printer on an ip and ran the installer wizards on all the networks pcs - all of them got set up properly except for one solitary pc which ironically is the one we bought the fax for in the first place.
The installer ran without an issue at all but I am unable to send a fax from this system although I can send a print job to this printer from this pc as well as request a scan however I can't send a fax. This problem is only with one pc - I called the technical support and they're useless - went on to blame the guy who set up the pc whose no where to be found. What could be wrong and what should I do here!
