Hi,

I managed to set OpenVPN up fine on my windows vista machine at work, however now i need to set the same arrangement up on our server running Windows SBS 2008, on my vista machine the only things i needed to do was to enable internet connection sharing on the Virtual Tap Adapter (the OpenVPN connection) and every one in my office could ping through to the VPN Network, as i added a few routes to their machine which made them see my machine as the gateway for certain IP addresses.

For some reason when i try and duplicate this setup on the server, OpenVPN connects fine and can ping through to the VPN Network, however when i try and enable internet connection sharing on the Virtual Tap Adapter it tries to set this as my gateway for the whole LAN and will then obviously screw the rest of the network up. Our office is on a 192.168.0.0 network, the VPN network is on a 10.8.0.0 network. So the Tap Adapter has an IP address of 10.8.0.1 and the server is on 192.168.0.2...

Any ideas anyone or has anyone got it setup ok on a windows server?
