I think this is the right section for this. If not I'm sorry.

When I open IE, and go to www.msnbc.com. I get a window pop up saying "Windows cannot connect to msnbc.com operation aborted"

I tried adding *.sitemeter.com to the restriction list.
I tried disabling Manage-add ons.

It works on Firefox.
But I use IE most of the time.
And I don't want to reset Internet Explorer settings.

What are my solutions possible?
