I'm assuming you are referring to the BT Voyager 2000 Wireless ADSL Router which is basically an ADSL modem. I'm also assuming that you are located in the UK. I don't know if you are using AOL, however you should know that AOL UK users cannot use this as an ADSL router as it is not compatible with their proprietary software.

From what I can find on this router, it's a fairly new product. There is a great review of it and a nice guide pertaining to it's setup and operation which may be of help. You will find that at: http://www.adslguide.org.uk/hardware/reviews/2003/q3/bt-2000.asp This review has photos of the unit, so you can take one look and know whether or not it's the same as yours.

I think I also found a TECHNICAL HELP desk which you can use for further assistance. You will find that at http://www.shop.bt.com/page/technicalhelp

Not being a network guy and living over here in the US, I'm not really familiar with this product, so I'm afraid that is about all the help I can give you.
