Very basic way to define the correct Internet Speed is utilize the rule of thumb:

• 500 KBps is good, 5000 KBps is great, and 50 KBps is terrible.
• We have definitely moved past the age of dial-up internet.
• Have in mind at least ADSL internet, if not cable.

Small business dont require more then 2Mbps
Medium size business require atleast 10Mbps
Large Business already have a setup with ISP's So they posses multiple Wan Connection and a large Setup...

2mbps would be good for small companies
10mbps would be better for more then 100 employees companies

Depends on the work load and work pattern of the organization. A small apparel shop having a 512kbps connection would be far more happy than a small IT company.

We use fiber-optic internet connection in our office.
Its 0.8mbps. Is is good or bad?
