How to instal xp in client system form server(WIN 2003) in a wired lan

hello sir, how to instal os(XP or any) on client system from server machine in a wired lan..the sever os is windows server 2003...
and another thing i need to know is how to put user policies in server 2003 i.e not allow the user to access control panel, properties etc...IS THERE ANY TUTORIAL OR ANY BOOK IS AVAILABLE ? plz give the links

here is for RIS: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Remote_Installation_Services

if you learn to use WindowsAIK, you can create your own install disk. your custom install disk can have scripts to set up group policy. or you can type "gpedit.msc" to manually control group policy
