For 205.16.39.0 /28, the first usable range is 205.16.39.1 - 205.16.39.14. The network address is 205.16.39.0 and the broadcast address is 205.16.39.15.

/28 = 16 ip address
205.16.39.0/28 (Class C)
It should be from 205.16.39.0 to 205.16.39.15
Usable address from 205.16.39.1 - 205.16.39.14
Network address(NID)is 205.16.39.0
Broadcast address (BID) is 205.16.39.15
Gateway can be any usable address. But usually, people use the first usable address as gateway (205.16.39.1)
