Backup

How could I take a backup of my LAN computers using Ubuntu 11.10 Operating systems in schedule and I am using Centos 6 version ?

How many systems are on your LAN?

Do you have any access to them at all from Centos?

Are you backing up the data from each Ubuntu system to your Centos system?

Is there an average (roughly) size to these back-ups?
