Sky d-link router issues

Is there anyone out there who can help me get an ADSL username and password from my sky d-link router, I have tried sooooo many things including the Mel's tool which did not work

Do you mean that you do not know what your ADSL username and password is? contact your provider..

Or do you mean being able to log onto the router itself?
