Receive wirelessly and transmit wirelessly using ISR(router)

If I had a wireless router, I can connect to it using laptop, the router is DHCP configured.
I had another router, the main idea is to connect the second router wirelessly to the first router, and from the second router, I want to connect my laptop to the second router but also wirelessly.
