Internet Connection

Dear all,

i have my computer connected to internet. but seems to be there is a little problem.
NIC lights is off. my consideration is that if it has a connection to server, the green light should be on.
i check 'Device Manager', the status of Network adapter is no conflict what so ever. but under it, the status of PCI Ethernet Controller and PCI Multimedia Audio Device is in Yellow Question mark.

could anyone explain to me ?

is the problem causes by both peripheral ?

and what should i do if i need to browse internet and have a connection ?

Have you recently reinstalled Windows or made any other changes to the system? What you've described is usually a symptom of missing or corrupt drivers.

Right-click on the two devices which have the yellow exclamation point icon and click the "Properties" option in the resulting menu. Tell us what information is given in the "Device status" box.
