need a help in networks .. what track should i take and how what course should i have and what do i start with and when to stop .. when i can know i can work in networking in a serious way
and could i have more than networks in job field .. can i be a web developer and working in network at the same time .. same thing for database .. i need someone to guide me

Go speak with your faculty advisor. There are many paths, but since you are obviously in some sort of institution of "higher" education, first speak with your professors and advisors.
