Linksys BEFSX41 AOL keeps restarting

Expand Post »
Hi,
Another newbie! don't you just love us! We just installed a new router/firewall thanks to our ISP service. They had us change out the router and firewall we were using and replace them with the Linksys BEFSX41. I have finally gotten our internal network and the internet to work, probably not correctly but hay, I new. The problem is now when ever someone has signed on to AOL, AOL keeps signing off and then back on. The internet connection has not been lost. The other problem is there are times when the internal network locks up some of the desktop units.

So people of many minds, where do I start looking to fix the problems. Thanks for any advice given.

Out of curiosity, what makes ya think the internet connection has not been lost?

Secondly, the problems might be because its AOL....
