Netgear firewall

Ok I am connected to a netgear wireless internet connection and everytime my dad goes to play football online he has to unplug the router because the stupid firewall won't let him play. I NEED to deactivate this firewall how to i do it.

The game he plays is Madden Football 07 by EA sports and no i dont know how to open ports on the router i guess that means that if open a port then he'll be able to play?

Never mind i figured it out i had to type in the router adress in my adress bar and log in and turn the firewall off thanks a million (for nothing)
