i am currently connecting to the internet using a bt voyager 105 adsl modem but i am getting the error message at least once every 5 minutes. I have tried disabling the LAN connection in network connections but then i couldnt connect to the internet at all. anyone got any better ideas.

Do you get disconnected when this message appears or are you still connected?

If you still are connected and don't want to see the message try unchecking the "Notify me when this connection has limited or no connectivity" box, on the "Generl" tab from the Local Area Connection Properties.
