Hello, I am trying to assist a user. when she double clicks on a certain email
it reads:

a box comes up with the title bar "LotusNotes"
a big yellow triangle with an aclamation mark
#0C:04
OK [button]


and the email never opens up.

her email works fine, she is able to open all emails and so forth, except for this one particular email which is a legitimate corporate email that is sent weekly.

Any help is appreciated....and thank u in adance.
