How to set up a building network using NAT and PAT?

Hi,
i want to set up a big building network. i divide my network into inside and outside network. Now i'm using packet tracer to develop my whole network. i use a server to connect it to a router. So one side of the router will be outside and another will be inside network. Now i'm facing problem in performing the NAT and PAT.I'm confusing about this. anyone can help?
