Vlan tunneling?

Hi,

Does anyone have a suggestion of how we easily could tunnel multiple (three) vlans over an SHDSL-connection, that supports only one vlan? Should we look for a solution on hardware or software (OpenVpn?)? I'll be glad for all ideas.
