PC will not boot..fan only

My Presario will not boot up. When I press the power button, only the fan comes on. I pulled all cables and memory cards and reseated them. This did not change anything.

Prior to this happening, I had taken off the side panel to clean all of the dust that had accumulated inside the unit...especially on the fan blades. This problem started right after that.

I'm hoping I didn't inadvertently "zap" something as a result of cleaning out the unit.

Too bad, but i think that your mainboard has crashed, if you do not hear any beeping, because simply if the processor, ram or a GPU and etc fails, there are error beeping codes, which help you to understand what has happened.
