Jeantech PSU H - A or L?

Hiya all,

I've just got my hands on a Jeantech PSU.
It's not in the box and has no insttuctions so I hope someone can help.

There's a 3 position switch just below the on/off button labelled HAL.

Can anyone tell me which setting I should have it on?

Maybe I should add I'm from England which runs 240V.
