Iam at my wits end with Gateway :sad: , I have ask on every type of support Gateway has, if the processor can be replaced on this model of laptop, and if so what do I need to buy.
Maybe I should start with the problem, the laptop will not power on, the light will come on then go out, it all started with the computer locking -up, then a blue screen then the reboot, it did this 3 times in the first hour, then on the third time it failed to reboot. Please help.
The Processor is a Pentium 4 M
