Help with vid card and system probs.

i posted a message a couple of days ago about hardware malfunction and i didnt get any replies so ill put it in simpler form when i put in any new hardware and start up the computer a blue screen comes up while loading windows saying hardware malfunction system has halted.
and i also have a g force 4 vetro pny vid card that i dont have drivers for and i was wondering where i could find the drivers for it.

It could be a IRQ conflict on your MB.
What OS do you have, and what are the specs of the PC?
