Brasso brass polish works well; it has a very-small-particle abrasive and a light wax; test in on a small area first, to ensure that the solvent doesn't craze the plastic (it never has for me). It works well on CD scratches too (polish radially). Just don't rub too hard.

If you have a CD scratch-remover kit, that works, too.
