I have a monitor that will not come out of 640 x 480, 16 colors. How do I fix this?
The Computer is a Generic brand with a standard VGA card. The monitor is a KDS Tiger 13".
What brand of video card? The generic VGA drivers will often only support 640 x 480, 16 colors. You need to get the exact drivers to even get more colors, let alone higher resolution. Look at the
Device Manager and see what
it reports.
