Monitor Help!

My Monitor is not working but the light is blinking and no display.But there is a click sound and after a long time like 15hours it start like normal.But if I turn off monitor it takes another 15 hours to work.
I don't understand this misbehavior of my monitor.It's a LG 500G Monitor.

Someone please help me to debug this.

if it take 15 to turn on i would say its broke ,is it old and wore out, maybe time fore a new one, or take it to repair shop
