Sound card issue

i just place sound card in one of the slot.and installed the driver but
still not working .Kindly help me.any help would be Highly appreciated.

shutdown the computer and put the sound card in another slot then start it..it will ask you to install driver ..then install the correct driver and enjoy

check your system bios.
1. on board sound must be desable.
2. PCI SLOT MUST BE ENABLE.
