Chip in my LCD

Ok i got this tiny chip im my LCD. Its definitaly a chip i can see deph in it, and it showes up as a white spot. The pixels still work in the spot and all, but is there a way i can fill/fix it or am i better off leaving it alone... Its not very big but it is visible, since its in the HUD aerea of most games
