My Samsung SyncMaster 763MB monitor starts in blur (like ripple, but not too much) and after os boot, with in 10 min it works fine. I have on board Intel Display and updated drivers, drivers is not a problem. What may be the problem...?
Your problem is most likely caused by a faulty capacitor in your monitor!
