NOKIA 446X Pro

Expand Post »
I have a NOKIA 446X Pro 19" monitor. It has been used on a computer with Win98. Video card is a Diamond Viper V550 with 16 Mb of RAM.

I will be doing a major upgrade to a much better computer with WinXP etc but would like to keep the monitor. I am concerned if the 446X Pro will work with the new system in terms of available drivers but can't seem to find any info on the web. I've done a search on Google etc under " NOKIA " and 446X Pro but found nothing at all regarding drivers to use this monitor with WinXP.

Any help out there

Dougie

Re: NOKIA 446X Pro

Dougie,

I would only be concerned with acquiring the driver for your video display adapter, and let Windows use the default for your monitor.

Dougie,

I didn't even know monitors had drivers until I looked at my device manager after reading your post.
