Hi, I just got a new laptop a few weeks ago, and everything was working fine until now.

I was going to login to my laptop (windows 8 inspiron) but it said 'new users can't log in because of low resources'. So there was this little back button and when I clicked it my laptop's screen turned black, none of the buttons work except for the Fn button, and the mouse shows up too. Other than that, none of the other buttons work not even the right click, Can anyone help please??

Send it back for warranty repair?

I agree with rubberman. A few weeks old computer is not worth the trouble repairing/fixing. Just send it back and either have them fix it for you or replaced. I prefer replaced though.
