Monitor colour problem PLEASE HELP !!!

Hi i was playing a game called Call Of Duty 2 and suddenly my monitor screen turnd to very different colours iv'e tried to change the colours using the monitor menu but it didn't change anything. im not sure if it's my graphics card or if the monitor is now broke PLEASE HELP to fix the problem

Usually when the color changes on one side or section of the monitor, it is the monitor that has failed. If all one color disappears or the entire screen is all one color, that is most likely a video card tht has burned up. Gaming is very, very hard on video cards.
