Graphics card problem which is getting really annoying

Guys hello im new to the community so im a newb and i don't know whether or not this problem is for for this section of the forums. I'm having a problem with my graphics card it's a 7800 GT and i don't know what's wrong here's the link to my problem http://img151.imageshack.us/img151/4...0120939uo5.png

If you don't know what you're lucking at you're lookating at a bunch of lines in which are not supposed to be there if someone can help me out it would be really appreciated.

That is a marginalized card to beging with.
Either your graphics card is bad, or the driver is.
Uninstall driver. Reinstall driver. If that doesn't work, try a better quality video graphics card. If you were using it for gaming, you have burned it up.
