converting laptop tft screen to standard svga conection

i recently got my hands on 2 lg philips lp150x04 screens. the hp laptops they were attached to are dead but the screens still work. does anyone know where i could find adapters to convert these screens to desktop monitors?
No one has posted to this discussion for at least three months. Please let old threads die and do not reply to them unless you feel you have something new and valuable to contribute that absolutely must be added to make the discussion complete.
