problem with computer

Expand Post »
I dont know if this is the right place to start this thread.
My desktop PC config is :
Intel Core 2 Duo 2.8 GHz, 1.5( 1 + 512 MB) GB DDR1 RAM, Samsung 80 GB hard disk,
Samsung Writemaster DVD-RW, Nvidia Geforce 128 MB graphic card
I have a Lg 15" LCD monitor.
WIndows Vista Ultimate and Windows XP Pro SP2 installed on 2 separate partitions of hard
disk.
No Clue whats wrong...
1] My computer does not boot occasionally.
2] My DVD-RW cannot read certain dvds, it refers to them as blank.(the same dvds are completely readable on the combo drive of my laptop.)
3] My computer boots but I do not get any display on the screen, happens occasionally.
4] in Vista I get an error message ( BlueScreen). I think my graphic card is not compatible
with Vista.

Please help me....
Thanks in advance..

Re: problem with computer

What company makes it? What size power supply? If it BSOD's, what is the error code and does it specify a file or driver? If so, what file / driver?
