shoot the cpu

I have a motherboard problem I have power to the drives ie hardrive cd dvd, powersupply works fine. I have two case fans,one only works, I don't know if the processor is getting power.
videocard is getting power. and i'm not getting any error beeps

if anybody can help me I can help other people with the same problem

my problem is that I can't boot ,I dont know if the whole motherboard is dead or is it playing opossum?

is there any display?also tell me what fan is not spinning inside your box.
in the mean time make sure your video card is seated properly.
