Does anyone have a good overclocking guide (I want to overclock my Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU 6320 @ 1.86ghz)?

Sometimes when I start my PC the overclocking message warns me of an error. I don't know what it is. Anyone has a clue? Thank you.

maybe a little more info on what the error is ,or what it actually says like you have a incorrect setting in the bios or whatever
