vbios updation

Hi

Recently I bought viewsonic VA1918wm wide monitor.Now the problem is I am unable to get the 1440X 900 resolution. my motherboard and BOIS details are given below

as per manufaturer web site I should upgrade my vbois(ver 1.09.00) to 2.28.00 or later.Now no where I am getting the update version.Can any body help me?

You can right click on my computer under start menu and click properties > Hardware tab > then click device manager. Under display right click your video driver and click update driver. that might help you.
