Power socket on Elonex Laptop Motherboard

Expand Post »
Hi all

I need to replace the power socket that the adapter plugs into on an Elonex Motherboard. I have to keep soldering a piece of wire that comes out of the back and goes down to the motherboard.

Would anyone have any clues where i could get one?

Maplins comes to mind but i know it may be a minefield to find one.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Power socket on Elonex Laptop Motherboard

Getting one from the manuf. is gonna be a pain. Best bet is to yank one out of one that is otherwise a gonner.
